Pressure Washing
Pressure Washing
Outdoor surfaces take on a lot without much notice. Dirt builds up slowly. Mold and grime settle in. Concrete darkens. Walls lose their brightness. It happens over time, and usually all at once it becomes hard to ignore.
Pressure washing isn’t about blasting everything at full force. Done that way, it can cause damage. Done right, it clears away buildup and brings surfaces back without harming them.
We Start by Looking Things Over
Before any washing begins, we check the surface. Concrete, stone, siding, and walls all react differently to pressure.
We look at:
- The type of surface
- The level of buildup
- Areas that need a gentler approach
This helps us clean effectively without etching, stripping, or causing unnecessary wear.
Loosening the Buildup
Dirt and grime that’s been sitting for a long time needs to be loosened before it can be washed away properly.
We handle that first so the cleaning works with the surface, not against it.
Controlled Pressure, Not Maximum Pressure
We adjust pressure based on what we’re cleaning. Higher pressure isn’t always better. In many cases, it causes more harm than good.
Our goal is to remove buildup while keeping the surface intact and looking even.
Working Section by Section
We clean in sections instead of rushing through the entire area. This helps ensure consistent results and prevents streaking or missed spots.
It also gives us better control over the final outcome.
Final Rinse and Check
Once cleaning is complete, we rinse everything thoroughly and check the surface again. If something needs another pass, we take care of it before moving on.
No half-finished areas.
What You’ll Notice After
- Surfaces look brighter and more even
- Built-up grime and discoloration are gone
- Walkways and driveways look cleaner and safer
It’s one of those changes you notice immediately.
